Our pieces are specially handmade and individually crafted for you therefore most pieces are made to order and will be shipped 2 - 3 weeks from the time the order is placed.
However, we do carry some sizes in stock. Those items are ready for immediate shipping. If the items you ordered are in stock we will arrange the shipping within 1 week after your order is fully paid.

Exchanges & Returns
We offer you a 7 day return and exchange policy, from when you receive your item. To return or exchange items they must be in their original condition - unworn and unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in it's original condition.
Steps to make a Return/Exchange for In-Stock Items Only
Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at returns@demifine.com. In regards to an exchange we will check availability of stock or otherwise you may choose to return the item for a store credit note. Do note that we do not do cash refund.
Step 2: Once accepted, we will email you a Returns Authorization number (RA#). Without this number, your return may not be accepted.
Step 3: Send the returned item to us (drop us an email at returns@demifine.com for details of the return address!).
Please note: Return shipping costs from you to us are not covered by DemiFine Pte Ltd. We recommend using a registered postal service and keeping a record of tracking details, as DemiFine Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any lost returns. Please return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your RA# number, or your return may not be accepted.
Step 4: Refunds in store credits typically take 2-3 business days to process from when the items arrive (minus the shipping charge). As we offer free shipping by DHL Express, original shipping and handling charges will be taken off your refund as these charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Once the item is inspected – depending on your request we will either provide refund in store credits or an exchange for your item.
In the case if you receive a defective piece, DemiFine Pte Ltd will bear all shipment costs and you can either opt to receive a store credits in returns or receive a new set delivered to you.
Tips to clean your jewellery:
- Remove small scratches or stains on the jewellery using the polishing cloth that are made of 100% cotton and have been treated with an anti-tarnish agent. Keep buffing your jewellery until the marks are no longer visible. Always wash your hands after use and keep the cloth out of reach of children. Never wash the polishing cloth, as it will lose it's effectiveness.
- Remove oil and dirt through cleaning your jewellery at home with warm water and detergent-free soap. Soak your jewellery in the water one at a time, and use a soft, clean, lint-free cloth or an old toothbrush to gently rub each piece. Use a paper towel to thoroughly dry your pieces after cleaning.
Tips to care for your jewellery:
- Use a light hand. As our pieces are hand-crafted, they are often delicate in chain and connections. Use a light hand when putting on and removing your jewellery. Refrain from redundantly opening and closing clasps to preserve it's construction.
- Avoid acidic solutions. Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, oils or any other cosmetic products as they may cause a reaction with your jewellery. It is always recommended to always put your jewellery on last before heading out the door.
- Keep them dry. Do not leave your jewellery on bathroom counters or humid surfaces. Store them in a cool, dry place - ideally in the suede pouch provided or in individual airtight Ziploc bags.
